We provide home learning opportunities that are enjoyable, manageable, interesting and extend and enrich the learning, which takes place in school.
Please find a number of on-line resources that may help you with your child's home learning. We recommend that you do as much reading as possible with your child. This could be their school book, but can also include other books, comics or magazines. Due to national lock down, we will be using Oak National Academy and Class Dojo for your child's home learning. Please select the relevant year group below for your child to access lessons. Teachers will be available on Class Dojo to assist your child with their learning.
Maths
We are using Times Table Rockstars and Numbots. All children have logins for these applications.

Reading
The Oxford Owl website is really useful for supporting children's reading, and has lots of other educational activities. Each year group in years 3-6 have their own year group login for the Oxford Owl website. Parents can also create their own free account on Oxford Owl which will allow you to access banded reading e-books. Simply go to the Oxford Owl website and click on 'join us'. If you're not sure which band you child is on, please get in touch with your child's class teacher via Class Dojo and they will be able to tell you.
CBBC
You may want to also take a look at CBBC on TV, who are offering 3 hours of daily primary school lessons. This is an excellent and fun way for your children to engage in education at home. More information is available at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-55591821
