Enrichment Opportunities
We widen learning experiences through enrichment activities (choir, sports teams, etc) and Collapsed Curriculum Days. These days offer learners the opportunity to work in different ways from their normal curriculum and to develop new skills such as working in a team and problem solving.
Breakfast/After School provision: where an academy has a Breakfast Club and/or an after school club it is open to all learners in full time education during term time. We offer flexibility and value to parents.
Every school visit is carefully planned to link directly to certain areas of the National Curriculum and each school uses the web-based system ‘EVOLVE’ to facilitate the efficient planning, management, approval, and evaluation of visits.
We also offer learners across the school enrichment opportunities through The Parnwell Promise; a unique offer for learners at our school which we believe that no other local school commits to offer in this way.
